The Boy & The Boat 3rd Day Productions
One of the most known sermons illustrations in Latin America was adapted and transformed into a short movie. The film tells the story of David, a poor boy from southern Chile whose dreams was to build a model boat. Because of the lack of resources David made his bout with stuff collected in the streets of his village. His “obra prima” was later stolen and sold to an art collector. This short movie was shot with the same approach, out of nothing, with total volunteer work. Overcoming language barriers and no resources 3rd Day Films produced The Boy and the Boat.
