As a result, the Lord began to impress upon my heart the desire to make this recording of songs of prayer. Its purpose is to challenge believers to think more seriously about His example and encouragement to pray. There are many types of prayer, beginning with the prayer of salvation. Then, as God teaches us to pray, we learn to praise, to confess, to ask, to intercede, and to submit to His will for our lives. As we mature spiritually, so does our conversation with the Lord.
