This dramatic film tells the story of a struggling young leader of a group of Zealots in Biblical times who searches for a great leader who will bring the fledging group together. Through his journey he learns the meaning of the Great Commandment. One of the the most ambitious first attempts at producing Christian films in Hollywood, it was filmed on the same studio simultaneously with Gone With the Wind and features some of the most popular character actors of its time.
