Joshua Phillips
Joshua is the oldest son of eight children in the Phillips’ home and delights in adventure, the study of history, the outdoors, and a tenacious pursuit to be conformed into the image of Christ by renewing his mind through the study of Scripture. His father and grandfather have faithfully taught him that he will be the same next year as he is today apart from the books he reads, the people he meets, and the work of the Holy Spirit. Consequently, Joshua delights in the reading of books, in meeting people who have committed their life work to the Lordship of Christ, and in seeking the pleasure of God in prayer and counsel with his parents. His prayer is that God would be exalted through his life. And Joshua seeks to prod others in similar pursuits.

The Mysterious Islands Original Soundtrack
Probably my favorite track from The Mysterious Islands is "Creatures Of The Deep," written by Benjamin Botkin. To me this piece communicates the beauty of the sea life in the Galapagos, while also bringing back the "feel" of the old 1950's deep sea films, like Walt Disney's masterpiece, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.
